I chose Crone Memorials to create the headstone for my mother for multiple reasons. First and foremost the professionalism, customer service, and the “artist” eye of our contact, Kevin Williams. Kevin was so easy to talk to and guide us through a very difficult time (mom was on hospice). We wanted to create something special on a realistic budget and Kevin bent over backward to make our ideas into reality. He was always super patient with our requirements and adjustments we requested. You could also tell he had an “artist” eye when helping us design the headstone. In addition, his passion and love for his job really came through during this difficult time. It is always nice to work with someone who loves what they do and is passionate. There was absolutely no “sales” pressure during my interaction with him. Very clear with the pricing and offered everything in writing in a timely and responsive manner. He placed importance on the quality of the stone and Crone Memorial’s commitment to quality. It was important to have quality stone from the US and carved in the US. We are currently working on another stone for the rest of the family and once again he has come through and offered us a wonderful suggestion. These headstones were delivered to Camden, AR.
