More than Satisfied

I want to express my thanks for the help you gave me and my family in selecting a headstone for my wife and me and in working out the details of the engraving. Without being intrusive, you gave us excellent information to help us make a wise choice for the stone, and you gave us equally excellent advice in selecting the content and style of the engraving. The process was enjoyable and satisfying, which must sound odd given the circumstance. The end result was gratifying; it was in place at the time of my wife’s funeral and was available for her to see beforehand. Many of our family and friends expressed how taken they were with the headstone. I was also pleasantly surprised with how easy the follow-up for completing her inscription was, but I was not surprised at how pleasant and helpful your coworkers were in your absence.

I am more than satisfied with the end result and the help you gave us.
